General Registration Rules

  • Each registration covers the welcome reception, lunches at the conference site, coffee breaks, tutorials, conference sessions, and convention facilities.
  • Attendees not presenting a paper at the conference should register under the category related to their status.
  • The accompanying person registration covers the welcome reception and the conference dinner ONLY.
  • The tutorials are accessible at no cost, but prior registration is recommended due to limited capacity. Please note that registration for the IEEE-NANO 2026 conference is mandatory to attend the tutorials.

Authors Registration Rules

  • One Regular Registration covers a maximum of TWO papers by the same registered author (this does not apply to Student Registrants).
  • One Student Registration (applies to both IEEE Student Members and Non-Member students) covers only ONE accepted paper.
  • Extra Paper Charge: An additional $150 (USD) /￥1000（CNY) must be paid by the same author for each additional paper to be presented at the conference and included in the proceedings if the additional paper(s) have no other registered authors.
  • Extra Page Charge: For papers with more than 6 pages, the author will be required to pay $100 (USD) /￥700（CNY) per page for the extra pages to be included in the conference proceedings (Note: Paper length is limited up to 8 pages, with the extra page charge over 6 pages).

Registration Cancellation Policy

  • Applying for a refund 30 days before the conference (by June 5, 2026), 50% of the registration fee will be reimbursed.
  • Registration fee can not be reimbursed after June 5, 2026. Registration may be transferred to another attendee.
  • After the refund application is approved, the electronic invoice issued will be invalidated and should not be used. Refunds will be processed after the conference, and a conference fee invoice will be issued as the handling fee.
